We start with a brief conversation: by phone or video call, up to 30 minutes and completely without obligation. We discuss the space, your goal, and what the tour should do for your visitor. Based on that, we provide immediate advice on the approach, planning, and what might still need to be prepared.

A good tour starts before the shoot. After the consultation, we send a concise checklist: what to put away, what to leave in place, what time works best for the light, and how to prepare the space for the camera. Small adjustments that make a big difference.

On the agreed date, we will come to you. We photograph the entire space with professional 360° equipment, room by room, floor by floor. We direct the tour path ourselves so that the visitor is automatically guided past the most striking spots.

Back at the office, the footage is seamlessly stitched, color-corrected, and edited into a smooth tour. We build the navigation structure, add any hotspots, maps, or audio clips, and ensure everything works on every device.

Within 2 working days after the shoot, you will receive a personal preview link. You provide feedback, and we incorporate any minor adjustments. We only go live after your approval.

You will receive the final tour, which works on any modern CMS. If desired, we can assist with the technical integration. The tour can be shared immediately via a dedicated link.
